A(nother) place to write

1 hour of documentation (graded 2 papers and reset 4 submissions.)

BG came into class at ~8:40 and again at 9:02 a.m. on 3/29/05, I told him to get to class.

Had to call DA down for excessive talking (and gossip) 3/29 at 9:10, previously she was on another program. Even after being called down she is still talking (gossiping) 9:15. Called her up at 9:17 and talked to her again one-on-one and she went back to her chair and told the others that she couldn’t talk that I was making her work.

At 9:07 TMR came into the room to show me how big she is and tell me her due date.

MP came in earlier than usual but has left the room twice by 9:15 at 9:15 she said she was going to check on her baby.

On the positive side VT is working very hard. He only "officially" enrolled today (he came in before break and worked over break however) and has gotten a lot of work done for all three of his classes.

TR is working hard but not on my class, he is doing work for me, instead he is doing typing for LR (another teacher).

F and R went out to get coffee at 9:23 am. Then DA said she had to "go pee" and left tapping VT on the head on her way out. I went to the rest room to follow her (I had to go anyway) and she had gone outside in back, as had FT and RT. She was supposedly looking for her mother. She then went to the bathroom, and I followed her. She went into the handicapped stall and then left without washing her hands (gross).

TR is e-mailing AC at 9:48 am, I learned this from a pass around the room.
DA tried to tell me that Novel was wrong on some entry, but she had just made a mistake.

The Janitor came by the room about 9 am to clean the fridge, I consolidated the food. He made a bigger mess than he left me last night and I got water all over me from a tray of water that he left on top of the microwave.
SH and AW, (2 other teachers) came by my room between 9:30 and 9:45. Later another teacher came by about a computer issue.

At 9:40 the students (DA, AM & FT) wanted to know when break was and were complaining about it.

At 9:55 I caught DA on AOL-IM setting up a screen name for FT and I warned her that if I caught her on a screen other than novel again that I would report her to Dr. C. Then she and AM went out to smoke a cigarette (not with permission, they just announced it).

As the period wears on DA is wearing on my patience acting for special favors, talking constantly, getting others to do her work, and taking too many breaks. She and FT were doing each other's work.
