A(nother) place to write

Just being weird. I don't usually post here except when at work, and usually about work. But... Who reads this anyway? So.
Tonight (well yesterday) I stayed home in the morning and cleaned house, then I took my mother to the doctor/GYN. I then took her home and then went to my home and got my son and took him to the doctor, he has strep, so they gave him a shot of penicillin. I think he got it from my friend's toddler daughter. (He was babysitting her last week.) My ears and throat have been hurting a small bit, I just hope I don't have it. After I took him to the doctor I took him home and then went to aformentioned friend's house to talk to his housekeeper who is our mutual friend. When the homeowner arrived we all went out for pizza and my husband called and was coming down the road at that very moment so he joined us. Serendipity rocks! Anyway so then Hubby went home and the rest of us went back to our friend's house. The kids were put to bed and we talked for quite some time. I finally came home, had some fun with hubby and then got on the internet to bide my time while waiting up for daughter. Since she just came in, I guess I can go to bed now. Of course I think she had her boyfriend with her, and I don't remember giving him permission to stay the night...

I spent a lot of mental time worrying about my childhood friend's husband (he was in the hospital with heart problems) and worrying about my father. My father broke his leg last week and is now in a nursing home. He has epilepsy and yesterday he had 3 major seizures. They have his bed on the floor and I'm not sure how he's going to do. I really wonder how he is going to do.
